How We Work
Partner selection. Product search and selection
We select optimal trade partners in China, Taiwan, South Korea, and Turkey based on the client’s criteria:
- We find stores in the ordering country, manufacturers/suppliers, and establish contact with them. Our agents in the country of purchase handle these matters.
- We consider technical specifications, quality, and the price of the products, order fulfillment time, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
- We communicate with potential partners in the country of purchase, conduct preliminary negotiations, and clarify cooperation details.
- We obtain product samples from manufacturers (suppliers) and deliver them to you for approval.
- After the final choice of the manufacturer (supplier), we coordinate production terms, payment conditions, and place orders.
- We wait for the completion of production and organize delivery.
Delivery, transportation, and customs support
We arrange delivery from the country of purchase to Ukraine and provide transportation and customs support:
- We ensure the transportation of products in the seller's country (China, Taiwan, South Korea, and Turkey).
- If necessary, we store the cargo until its shipment to Ukraine in the warehouses of our partners.
- We organize the optimal option for bulk delivery of goods from purchase countries, including containerized consolidation shipments.
- We prepare and process documents and make a preliminary calculation of customs payments.
- We obtain permits, certificates, references, licenses, and other required documents.
- We prepare customs declarations for import/export cargoes.
- We consult and inform you from the moment of receiving the application until the arrival of the cargo in Ukraine.
Cargo Insurance
“Midmoon Logistics” Company collaborates with reliable insurance operators. Insurance coverage applies to all types of cargo and prevents losses that may arise due to force majeure circumstances, loss, or damage to the cargo.
The premium rates in case of an insurance event depend on the choice of the insurance policy, the time, and the distance of the transportation. In cargo insurance calculations, we take into account the presence of cargo protection/escort, packaging features, nomenclature, transportation method, and other factors. Cargo insurance can cover both all risks and their specific types according to the client’s preferences. We discuss non-standard risks during the transportation and storage of cargo in the warehouses of our partners on an individual basis.

Storage of cargo
We offer warehouse services for the collection and storage of cargo in warehouses in China until the moment of shipment to Ukraine.
We store cargo in the warehouses of “Midmoon Logistics” partners in China. The warehouses are equipped with modern technical facilities to ensure the safety of the cargo. We pack and label the cargo.
We provide a consolidation service for cargo: we gather products from various suppliers in China into one warehouse. Entrepreneurs often collaborate with multiple suppliers in different parts of China at the same time. Consolidating products allows for the formation of batches of goods for delivery from various suppliers.
Our storage service includes:
Consolidation of cargo (gathering goods from various suppliers)
Packaging/labeling, loading/unloading, and container/freight provision
Formalization of necessary accompanying documents
Ensuring the safety of the cargo until shipment
Optimization of time and cost on logistics.
